    Let's take medical transcription.  Here a student (with good English) has to invest around Rs. 10,000 to 25,000 and study for 4 to 6 months.  After successful completion, he or she can begin with a salary of 6,000 to 12,000 p.m. depending upon his or her performance and company.  There is 100% job guarantee too!!  After one of year of experience, he or she can get promotion to next level with a salary potential of 15,000 to 25,000 p.m. or even higher, which can increase almost every few months depending upon individual performance and skill levels.  So, you can write you own paycheck!!
